Refunds & Cancelations
REFUND POLICY:
You have 14 days from delivery to request a refund. Returns may incur a restocking charge (up to 25% for certain brands), with bespoke orders and delivery charges non-refundable. Contact us prior to purchase for details, particularly concerning Arroll baths.
To qualify for a refund:
- Email info@soakandlux.com for approval before returning items.
- Provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ensure the item is in perfect, resaleable condition, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Responsible packaging and return shipment with appropriate insurance.
REQUESTING A REFUND:
Email info@soakandlux.com to request a refund. Upon approval, return goods within 14 days. You are responsible for return carriage costs. Refunds exclude original delivery charges and may incur collection fees.
APPROVED REFUNDS:
We aim to process refunds within 10 working days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method, deducting delivery charges and/or restocking fees if applicable. Bank processing times may vary.
EXCEPTIONS & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
Custom-made goods and clearance items cannot be cancelled or refunded once produced or purchased, respectively. Bespoke painted orders must be cancelled within 24 hours. No returns on clearance items.
DAMAGED GOODS:
Inspect items upon delivery; report visible damage within 2 hours. Provide clear photos for insurance claims. No returns once installation begins. Report internal damage within 12 hours. Refuse delivery if external damage is evident.
EXCHANGES:
For a quick exchange, return the item and make a separate purchase. Exchange may incur stated charges.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations after 48 hours may incur a £15.00 fee. Additional charges may apply for larger orders. Once dispatched, you're responsible for return costs. Custom-made orders should be cancelled within 24 hours.
AVAILABILITY:
Products are subject to availability; withdrawal possible at any time. If goods cannot be supplied, a full refund will be issued.
LIABILITY:
We're not liable for third-party costs, inconvenience, or indirect losses. No liability for delivery delays or defects due to unforeseen circumstances. It's advisable to book installers upon full receipt of goods. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
