Delivery & Returns

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

Upon order placement, your card will be pre-authorized but not charged. We'll confirm product availability with our supplier before processing payment and dispatching your order. Any delays or unavailability will be promptly communicated. Orders placed after 4pm, weekends, or English Bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

 

DELIVERY COST:

Orders over £500 qualify for FREE delivery (additional charges may apply for Ireland & Scotland). Orders under £500 incur a minimum £15.00 charge.

 

ARRANGING DELIVERY:

We prioritize your convenience, scheduling deliveries to suit your availability. Once your bath order is ready for dispatch, our courier partner will coordinate a suitable delivery time. Please provide a reliable contact number, noting deliveries are Mon - Fri, curb side only. For larger items, ensure two persons are available for receipt and movement.

 

DISPATCH TIME:

Delivery time varay based on the brand, however in most cases products are delivered within 1 - 5 working days from dispatch. More information can be found on the product page.

PALLET DELIVERIES: Larger deliveries typically dispatch within 5-10 working days, subject to stock availability. Bespoke orders or plated brassware may require up to 5 weeks. 

SMALLER PARCEL DELIVERIES: Brassware and smaller parcels usually arrive within 2-3 working days, subject to stock availability.

 

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

Inspect all items upon delivery; report visible damage or defects within 2 hours. Provide clear photos of damaged items to info@soakandlux.com for insurance claims. No returns accepted once installation begins. We're not liable for damages post-delivery.

 

ACCEPTING DELIVERY:

Ensure goods are checked for damage before signing. By signing, you acknowledge receipt without external damage. Report internal damage within 12 hours. Refuse delivery if goods appear damaged externally, contacting us immediately.
